   (1) Communication loss occurs multiple times during the above work period.
   (2) If communication is lost while using MAGES, log in again.

   To perform maintenance on the MAGES system.

   1. Scope of Influence
    (1)A problem has occurred in which M-CAP cannot be accessed.
    (2)Even if M-CAP can be accessed, other problems such as not being able to press the register button may occur.
   2. Recovery schedule and contact information
    (1)The cause of the problem is under investigation and the recovery schedule has not been determined.
    (2)If this problem occurs, please contact policydirector-id@mhi.com with your registration name and user ID.
